Almost Done!
I'm never certain whether finals week is harder than a regular school week or easier. On the one hand, there are the obvious tests, and the long hours studying; on the other hand, everything has a nice sense of finality about it. I won't have to learn any new information for an entire month, and I won't get any more REDO's from JB. Better yet, I can walk in to each test knowing that I've either got it in the bag or not, and they'll be no more fooling and "doing better next time."In other news:
Something strange happened in Washington today. The Senate was suddenly possessed of the visceral fortitude to reject (CNN link warning; sorry) an attempt to renew the patriot act. I wonder why.
Engineering: solving real world problems often created by other engineers. What more could you want?

We certainly have come a long way in the past 62 years. I can't even see the keyboard on that thing.
